We had three students and three teachers honored this week at the ISTAR banquet at Centerville High School. RCHS is one of eight schools that come together to celebrate students for their academic success, leadership abilities, and community involvement. Each student chooses a teacher who has most influenced them in their lives. Congratulations to Megan Alexander who chose Jill Carmony as her ISTAR teacher, Audrey Angle who chose Dr. Anthony Meek as her ISTAR teacher, and Trisha Morgan who chose Karen Brashaber as her ISTAR teacher. Six incredible representatives of RCHS!!

Our newest Bison winner is Jennifer Teague!!! Jennifer was selected by Karen Schneider who said this about Jennifer ". I want to nominate her because she sees greatness in EVERY student, and more importantly she helps her students to see greatness in themselves. She is also a support for those who have none. She excels at teaching academics in the classroom, but I admire her even more for the compassion, empathy, and help she provides for her students in order that they may grow and thrive, inside the classroom and in life. " Congratulations Jennifer a well deserved recognition!!
