Congratulations to Mary Hubbard, Olivia Laswell, and Iliana Zambrano! These ladies received their White Coats for completing the three course Project Lead the Way sequence! Students presented their capstone project on designing a rural ER and researched ways to improve practices. Great job ladies! #lionsleaveitbetter

RCHS ATHLETICS: We are proud to announce our new head football and basketball coaches. James Eck is our new football coach and Brandon Tucker is our new basketball coach. We are having a meet and greet for community members after school on Friday, May 15th. If you are interested in meeting the coaches, please come in through Door 25 (cafeteria doors). Be mindful when parking that buses pull off of Tony Stewart Drive and Lions Path at 3:25pm.

To top off the day, Mr. Cook and Mrs. Meek attended the FFA Banquet. The students did such a great job! Mr. Cook and Mrs. Meek received honorary FFA Degrees (what a surprise!) and Katy Anderson received the Community Award. Jenna Lawler was back at her stomping grounds and gave such a touching speech. What a phenomenal night recognizing all of the members night and as you know, There's No Place Like Rushville FFA! #lionsleaveitbetter

Ready for a great day! Celebrating these amazing seniors by witnessing them walk across the Ivy Tech stage who have achieved the Indiana College Core (and Associate's degree- keep reading!). They are setting themselves for success no matter what they do after high school. We also have our FIRST RCHS student who is graduating with an Associate's Degree!! Cate Neuman is graduating high school with an Associate's Degree in General Studies. This will allow her to knock out numerous General Ed courses in her college career. What an accomplishment to all students! #lionsleaveitbetter

What a great Teacher Appreciation Week! The week started off with Key Club bringing donuts to the staff. Holcad had a Chex Mix Bar while NHS had a dirty soda bar for teachers! Student Council had room service carts go to each classroom every day along with a day of pizza for lunch and teacher thank you notes provided. Thank you to all organizations that helped show our teachers how awesome they are! Happy Teacher Appreciation Week! We have the best!
