Rush County Schools Dyslexia Reporting

School Year 2025-26

Each school corporation or charter school must report the following dyslexia-related information on their website no later than July 15th of each year, per the IDOE Guidance.

  1. The dyslexia intervention program(s) used during the previous school year (2025-26) to support students with dyslexia.

UFLI, Orton Gillingham, Barton System, Heggerty Phonemic Training, PRIDE Reading Program, Foundations in Sounds, 95 Percent Group

  1. The number of students who received dyslexia intervention during the previous school year (2025-26). This indicator represents the number of students who were identified as “at risk” or “at some risk” for dyslexia during the previous school year and who received the appropriate accommodations.

Rushville Elementary School - 7 identified as at risk / 23 at some risk

Milroy Elementary School - 0 identified as at risk / 28 at some risk

Arlington Elementary School - 3 identified as at risk / 3 at some risk

  1. The number of students identified with dyslexia during the previous school year (2025-26). This indicator represents the number of students who were officially diagnosed with dyslexia and may differ from the number of students who received dyslexia intervention under the guidelines within this document.

One student was identified with dyslexia.
