Rushville JR/SR Virtual School will be hosting a Parent Information Meeting on Tuesday, April 7th, 2026, from 6:00 pm to 7:00 pm in the RCHS cafeteria

Rushville Jr./Sr. Virtual School (RJSVS) is an exciting new learning option for students in grades 7–12, launching in the 2026–2027 school year. Built for today’s learners, RJSVS combines the flexibility of online learning with the structure, support, and connection of Rush County Schools.

Through a partnership with Indiana Online Academy, students receive high-quality virtual instruction while remaining fully enrolled in Rush County Schools. Live online classes take place four days a week, with dedicated time for intervention and extra support, helping students stay engaged, on track, and connected to their teachers!

Virtual learning allows students to learn in an environment that fits their needs, supports personalized pacing, and builds important skills like time management, organization, and digital communication. While instruction happens online, students still participate in required in-person experiences such as orientation and state testing, and they remain eligible for school activities, athletics, and graduation ceremonies!

Rushville Jr./Sr. Virtual School is ideal for motivated students who are ready to take ownership of their learning, without giving up the support of their home school. It’s flexibility with purpose, and learning designed for the future.
