The purpose of Rushville Elementary East is to provide all students with an appropriate education in an encouraging, supportive, and friendly environment while developing positive emotional growth for self-esteem and leadership.  The staff, with the support of parents and community, accepts the challenge for the instruction, evaluation, and development of each student.
